Today’s Move: Chair Dips
I do a set of ten each time I do them. I’m not even going to tell you how many sets to do. Do as many as you can.

Well, i don’t work anymore, but when I did, I used to pull my core in tight for 20 seconds on/20 seconds off for 2 minutes every hour.
Nice! I do that too! It’s so simple yet so effective.

No. The carpet helps keep it in place. 🙂
