Can we talk a little about weight loss and strength training?
Ladies, the benefits of strength training go far beyond just losing weight (think Osteoporosis prevention) although that is a huge benefit.
I get it if you’re overwhelmed or don’t know where to start. Let’s talk about that! There are plenty of ways to get started. I have a couple plans up my sleeve to solve that but in the meantime, I challenge you to go give it a try. If you don’t want to go to the gym, go pick up a set of dumbells at Walmart or Target and practice at home.
