A while back, I posted a picture that resulted in some requests for some of my favorite ab exercises. Needless to say I was flattered and humbled and promised to show you a few. Finally tonight I was able to get my husband to record it. I’ll apologize in advance that it’s not a very professional video but what it lacks in professionalism, it makes up for with character.

I do abs just about anytime I can. Earlier tonight, I was sitting on the floor with E watching some Cardinal baseball and I found myself planking. Just like that, it’s all part of being a mom. As mundane as it is. 🙂 These types of moves integrated with cardio and a good diet are sure to provide great results!
