Seriously! Have you ever had one of those weeks where all you can do is stay afloat? That is this week for me. I’m not complaining, just venting, which I guess is complaining…I don’t even know at this point. Let me give you the rundown…
1. I have 30hours of meetings to cover in 4 days.
2. I have class (MBA) all day Friday where I have to turn in a Final exam, present as part of a team on linear programming and take a quiz.
3. E has swimming lessons every Tuesday night over top of our gym time, so not gym for me.
And maybe that doesn’t sound like much to you but for me it’s enough. THEN…to top it off, Designer Whey was so impressed with your response to my Upper Body Workout Video that they want to feature me again in August which again is AWESOME except they need a new workout video by this weekend. Perfect!
I have so much I want to tell you about but it will have to wait till after Friday at 5:00. I do, however, want to tease a little and say I have another amazing giveaway planned for next week which I KNOW you will love.
I’ll tell you..Hood to Coast can’t come soon enough! I need a break! Funny isn’t it that I look at running a 200 mile relay as a break? My son’s babysitter thinks I’m coo-coo but that’s ok. I think lots of you can relate.
One thing that has helped compartmentalize the chaos is the 5 minutes of meditating that I’ve been doing (doesn’t sound like much but it’s the longest, quietest, best 5 minutes ever) before bed. It has helped me close the book on the day and get the rest I need.
