Tabata Workout: 4 Minutes of Hellacious Fun

So what if I told you that in 4 minutes, you can have an amazing workout?  Would you believe me?  Most will say no, but I’m telling you the truth!  I swear!

If you’ve ever heard of the term HIIT or Hight Intensity Interval Training, than you know where I’m going with this.

Tabata is all about doing high intensity moves for 20 seconds, resting for 10 seconds then repeating that cycle 8 times for a total of 4 minutes of work.  If you want to learn more about the origins of Tabata Workout, you can check it out on Wikipedia.

But I’m going beyond just educating you on the method, I’m delivering a “People’s Choice Tabata” to your doorstep just for you!

You might be asking what makes this a “People’s Choice” Tabata?  Well, all weekend, I’ve asking the Twitter-verse what moves they would do if they only had 30 seconds!

I turned those responses into a Tabata perfect for everyone!  Moms, I’m thinking of you a ton!

Before I reveal the workout, here are some of the responses that didn’t quite make the cut.

Good ‘ole Adam aka “The Boring Runner” wasn’t so boring with this idea.

Now Adam, while I agree that this can be a good workout….well, let’s just leave it at that.

Thanks for playing our game Adam, you get the consolation prize.  :)  Now we did get some excellent answers that made it in!
