Everyone knows I’m Type A and that I love lists. I pretty much create one for everything. I created one for Hood to Coast packing and now it’s time to create a new one.
With a baby on the way, the list of “things” that have to be done pile up pretty quick and with a toddler, school, work and everything else, a list is the best way for me to keep it all straight. Originally I just had it jotted down on a piece of paper in my planner but as the list grew, I knew I needed something better.
I know lots of you are pregnant and doing the same sort of planning that I am so I thought I’d share my list with you. You probably have different needs so I tried to make it somewhat flexible. I also made it pinnable and printable for your pinning enjoyment.
And for your FitPregnancy enjoyment, stay tuned Monday for an awesome giveaway. I’m teaming up with ForTwoFitness and Amanda “Cole” Tess for a giveaway that any pregnant lady would love.
On Wednesday, January 7th, I’ll be on Fox 2 in STL talking about staying fit while pregnant.
How are you planning for your new addition? Do you have any tips for moms-to-be?
I love lists, I even put things on my list that I have already done so I can cross them off! I am pathetic!:)
Crossing things off is the best!!
This is awesome! I’ll definitely be using this as we approach the arrival of our little one.
Yeah! I hope it helps you!
Lists are always good with wee ones on the horizon, or at anytime. My tips for new Mom’s? Well meaning people will be telling you to “do this” “do that” and “when I had a baby I did such and such” It gets overwhelming and annoying, especially if none of it works for your baby. My advise is to follow your gut, you know your baby more intimately than anyone, every human being is different and has unique needs. Everyone will want to be there helping right after you get out of the hospital and in my opinion you should spend this time alone with you, your hubs and baby (adjust to being a little family.. it’s such a precious, fleeting time) and then 6 weeks after the child is born and you are exhausted and think you can’t go on another night without some sleep, then call in the support. Geeze, I really added my 2 cents here, eh? Congratulations beautiful momma! This truly will be a Happy New Year for you! Congratulations!
thanks lisa! Very good advice! There’s always a lot of unsolicited advice when baby comes around.
I know the lady who commented about your SIL on the previous bog. I also know someone who was at Joe’s over the top wedding. From what I have heard, I am not surprised that your SIL would do something this low. She seems to have a history. Poor Joe.
No tips from me. I’m still a sponge soaking it all in myself. 🙂 Love the look of that tank though!
