There comes a time in any training plan or goal attainment plan where you can hit the wall, get into a rut, burn out, or just plain feel like quitting.
I bet if you ask any seasoned runner or triathlete, they could tell countless stories of their experiences. But the proverbial “wall” can be felt in all areas of life.

If reaching goals was an easy endeavor, it wouldn’t be a goal, it wouldn’t be rewarding.
Between waiting for the baby to arrive and getting through school, I’ve had to give myself a lot of pep talks. So I figured if I was needing a little boost, maybe you were needing a little pep talk too!
