Birds & Bees Tea Review and Giveaway

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I love fall weather.  I know there are many that are already missing the summer temps but not me.  Fall is where it’s at.

What makes fall so great? Oooh, where to begin.  Here’s just a few.

  1. Optimal Running Weather….If you ask any runner right now, they will tell you just how much they love running in the fall.  No hot sun, nice breezes and mild temps make this a perfect time of year.
  2. Better Hair…I have think hair which tends to frizz in the humidity of summer so the crisp fall air is ideal for having more good hair days.
  3. Leaf Artwork…this is a new one to the list but ever since E watched Daniel Tiger make some fall artwork, he’s been so excited when he see leaves on the ground.
  4. Hot TEA…there is nothing more soothing than a warm glass of tea. I am not a huge coffee drinker but I’ll drink tea all day. So when Birds & Bees Teas asked me to review their team, I couldn’t refuse.

Birds & Bees is a fabulous company started by a momma whose mission is just as fabulous as their tea.

“Our mission at Birds & Bees Teas is to encourage the health and wellbeing of mamas and their families by offering 100% natural, organic and delicious herbal infusions. We strive to only use the best possible ingredients and share current information on safe, gentle and effective herbal tea use during pregnancy. Birds & Bees wants to share our love of loose leaf blends by encouraging mamas to create a daily self care habit of sipping slowly. We believe that it’s important to support birth professionals, advocate for evidence based care and give back to the community through organizations that champion quality maternal health care for all.”

I received the “Our Lady of La Leche” tea since I’m still breastfeeding, I’ll take all the help I can get. I didn’t have a tea diffuser but I didn’t need one because they send you a muslin bag to steep your tea with. I love this stuff.

The tea itself has a great earthy organic flavor which I love. You can really taste the Fennel Seed and Nettle Leaf in it. Each tin is the equivalent of LOTS of cups of tea.  It’s the perfect thing to help you get all warm and cozy on these crisp fall days.

My recommendation: go for a run, do your hair, brew some tea and sit down with your favorite little guy and do some amazing leaf artwork.

What’s that you say? You need/want some tea too? Well great! Birds & Bees and I are giving you a chance to win a tin of tea of your choice. Use the rafflecopter below to register. Good luck!!

Tea tends to get me through the 2pm slump at work…without the help of chocolate!

In the afternoon–coffee in the morning get me up and going, but when I want to relax with something hot, it’s tea all the way.

I like tea best in the evening. I settle down with tea and my laptop or a good book.

I’m a huge tea drinker, drink it very often during the day at work.
