I love creating and doing workouts that are inspired by the holidays. It’s just fun and keeps me in a festive mode. So with Christmas less than 2 weeks away, I’ve found myself singing the 12 days of Christmas during my workouts and have even created a workout inspired by the song. So in the spirit of holiday workouts, I’ve rounded up some workouts of my own and some of my favorite fit friends to help you get through the holidays.
One of the most important things we can give ourselves is our commitment to health. All I’m trying to do and my fit friends, are give you some tools to help you stay committed in what can be a very hectic time of year. You can do it! I have faith in you! Pin these, print these, try these, whatever works for you.
