New Year New You Workout

January 2, 2015 6 Comments

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

It’s all we talk about this time of year…goals, resolutions, making changes and improving.  It’s a great time of year to get inspired, even if you’ve been on the fitness train for years.  I love the optimism that comes with New Years.  It’s addicting.

I also know that it can be tough to know where to start let alone execute on that desire to change.  Especially if you’re still traveling like I am. I’ve put together this little workout you can do in 10 minutes that will help you get your heart pumping and zap some calories.  Let’s call it the: New Year New You Workout!  I’ve done this twice this week and I love it.

I will tell you, most of my workouts go off time, not by reps, since as a busy mom of two, that’s how I think and operate.  The workout is broken up into a warm-up, main workout and cool down.  Each move will last 30 seconds or one minute and I’ll alternate muscle groups so you never feel too fatigued to keep going.

New Year New You Workout

It might not seem like a lot but doing these little workouts is a great way to ease back into fitness.  You can also check out my workout page for more workouts or my pinterest boards (Workouts or Fitness/Running) where I’ve pinned tons of great workouts from my FitFluential Family!  So now it’s up to you!  You are worth the time and effort it takes to make fitness happen.  I just want to help you clear the way!

It’s a new year, work on the new you with this 10 minute fat blasting workout! #FitFluential

This is great! I’ve been on a mission to collect numerous 10 minute workouts! I’ve also done a lot of googling to learn more about HIIT workouts!
