Can we all just take a deep breath and just be grateful that the weather seems to have finally turned? We made sure to soak up every second of it that we could.
E and I went on our first stroller run of the year on Saturday. A short three miles but I had forgotten how tough it is to push 40 lbs of toddler.
Not only did we go for a run, we also hit the gym and to do that, we had to break out the sunglasses. You can see some of my workout on Vine, which I’ve just joined. Are you on? Join and connect
We literally spent about 8 hours outside. Both kids got their first scrapes of the year, E probably logged about 5 miles on his bike and the cars got much-needed cleanings thanks to the husband. And just like that, the cloud of winter seems to be lifting and it’s time to get active again. WAHOO! I think that’s pretty marvelous.
Also, last week I shared a workout that will get your upper body in shape (Do this workout). I also shared a YouTube demo and a quick tutorial on grip. We had to take so many pictures to get the right three and when I went back to clean out the pictures that didn’t make it to the post, I found a couple really good gems that I had to share.
