I can’t believe it’s been six months since our last pin it party! See October’s party here. If you don’t know what a Pin It Party is, it’s basically a recap of some of my favorite posts that I think are Pinterest worthy (<– click and follow) in the hopes that you’ll pin a few (or all). The idea came about from Lindsay over at TheLeanGreenBean.com. So be sure to check her out!
This time I’ve organized them into three categories: Running | Fitness | Other
If one of these categories is more appealing to you, just click above and you’ll go straight to it.
Running
Probably my favorite topic to write about just because it’s such a big part of who I am. It’s also a topic I feel that if we share more, we’ll inspire more. So here are three pins that will inspire and educate and get you moving!
The Running Effect was a look into how running has impacted the person I am today. It’s honest and hopefully inspiring.
Blister Prevention is a hot topic among runners and I’m offering up a few of my favorite tips for preventing those nasty little buggers.
Race day is here and you aren’t sure what you’re gonna need pre and post race. My suggestions are practical and could save you on race day!
Fitness
If I’m not talking about running then there’s only a few other topics I will generally talk about. Overall Fitness, work/life balance and my family. Fitness and workouts have been my life this winter and I shared with you some of my favorite workouts and motivations.
Stick to it! Sometimes the easiest part of a plan is creating it. Following through can be MUCH tougher. I give you five unique ways to stick to it!
Train Like A Ninja. There was a small chance this year that I was going to be cast on America Ninja Warrior. While it didn’t happen, I didn’t want to be unprepared. You can read about the journey and integrate some of these ninja like moves into your workout!
Focus on Forearms. All this ninja training made me realize that my upper body was so weak especially my forearms. As a runner, it’s important to cross train and balance out our routine so I shared a great workout, we talked about grip and don’t forget the adorable youTube demo featuring some of my favorite workout buddies.
Other
I guess the only topics left are my kids and work so here you go!
5 Things To Do With Your Kids Everyday – I share some of the things that I feel are so important to do with your babies. I try to do it every day!
5 Stretches to do at your desk are stretches that I do everyday and they help keep me stress free.
Isn’t this fun?! Hopefully you found a thing or two to pin If not or if you’re craving more, you can keep pinning at some of our previous of pin it party posts.
What did you like the most?
Have a great Thursday!!
