SO much…going on.  SO MUCH!

First off, I’m super excited and scared about next weekend’s Rock ‘n’ Roll St. Louis weekend.  I haven’t run any more than 6 miles since before my back went out.  So the half itself is going to be a real challenge.  I’m excited about the 5K and the expo.  Call me crazy but I just love the vibe of the expo.  So much excitement and anticipation not to mention so many great brands.  Rock ‘n’ Roll really attracts great brands!

Did I also mention that I’ll be taking over the Rock ‘n’ Roll Snapchat next weekend?!  Super stoked about that!  I’m just hoping that I can find the time to show you everything I want you to see!  I’ve said it before but Rock ‘n’ Roll St. Louis has the best course in town.  LOVE the neighborhoods they go through.  It’s really fun!

I mentioned last week about the meet up!  If you’re going to be at the 5K, please come and see us!  I love meeting fellow runners!!

Next weekend is also my original running buddy’s birthday so we will be bouncing between parties and events all weekend.  It’s going to be the kind of weekend that’s good for the soul but OH so exhausting. Volleyball

Speaking of exhausting.  This weekend wasn’t much better.  Scott and I played volleyball in a fundraiser for E’s school.  I played in college and honestly don’t play that much anymore but what was even better is that I’ve NEVER seen Scott touch a ball so I was super excited about that.  We played Friday night, and a few times on Saturday.  Four matches total.  Mixed in there was a soccer game, birthday prep and I snuck out to take a Burn1000 class.    It’s a gym here in St. Louis that’s specifically designed for HIIT classes.  I loved every tough minute of it!  Chris was an awesome trainer that kept me motivated.  Burn 1000 St. Louis

As if that weren’t enough, I have more BIG news!  I’m heading back to the New York City Marathon!! Not in the same capacity as last year.  This year, it’s going to be way less work.  I’ll be representing BOB Strollers at the Expo on Friday!  You know my love for this brand and I’m super humbled that they want me there on their behalf.  So if you know someone that’s going make sure they come see me!  I’m working on some great instagram only giveaways that you won’t want to miss!!  I love meeting new people and interacting so this is right up my alley!

New York City Marathon Exp

I’m flying out Thursday and coming home Friday.  Just in time to celebrate my birthday with friends, family and the St. Louis Track Club and the half on Sunday!  I know it all sounds crazy but I LOVE having so much to look forward too.  It’s just the best.  I’ll worry about sleep later.  Right now it’s about enjoying it all.

#RNRSTL > #TCSNYCM and everythign in between!

So I think that’s enough for now.  How was your weekend?  Are you running New York?  What’s your next race?
