Well, it’s mid January. How are you doing on those New Year’s Resolutions? Are you still working out? Are you eating good? Drinking tons of water? All the above?

Then you need workouts right?. I’ve given you some of those too (like this and this). All you have to do is go check out my workout board on Pinterest to get TONS of them.
Well, there’s another awesome resource for you now! PopSugar has been doing this two week challenge since New Years and they thought of EVERYTHING…Workouts
and FOOD!!
Just because the two weeks is over doesn’t mean you can’t get in on this. My recommendation…start it over. Maybe even repeat it a couple times. Use it as a base and modify as you go! That’s the thing about all these resources. You have to make them work for you!

Ok, I’m gonna leave you with a little more advice. Don’t get discouraged by bad days, bad workouts and crappy food choices. Life goes on but every time you have a decision to make you have a chance to start fresh.
you are right we all have “bad” days and they dont’ have to derail your whole fitness plan!
