HAPPY FRIDAY! Why is it that short weeks feel so LONG!? It’s been a crazy week for me with 5 days of work shoved into 4 days and a two day work trip and I’m exhausted.
Workouts weren’t great this week. My left knee is really bothering me so I’ve skimped on long runs. I have been squeezing in a few workouts and I’ve really loved BlondePonytail’s Train Like An Athlete program. The amount of money we spend on yogurt in our house is CRAZY but I’m not complaining because when the kids pick it as a snack, I get pretty darn excited. The other day I realized that Stoneyfield was popping up in our Panera bag and MiniE go SO excited. That’s the first thing she eats.
It’s fall. That means apples! SO EXCITED FOR GOOD APPLES. If I have to trade my watermelon in for anything, apples would be it!
